Our Mind / Body classes offer participants an opportunity to relieve stress through activities that incorporate relaxation. Classes are offered in yoga, pilates, massage and tai chi.

Whether you are looking for a gentler style of yoga or a more vigorous practice, Boston University has the right class for you.
Our Hatha Yoga classes emphasize relaxation and meditation, whereas our Power Yoga class is more dynamic in approach. Pilates classes are available in groups or through private training sessions. Massage classes offer an excellent complement to other physical activities, allowing participants to release unnecesary muscle tension for improved health and well-being. All of our Mind / Body classes offer techniques that can be used at home long after the class is over.
