Most Summer Term Recreation Classes are offered in two five-week sessions that start one week after academic summer sessions 1 and 2 begin.   Please note that Rowing and Sculling Classes are offered in two six-week sessions that start in June and July. Youth Rowing and Sculling is also available.

Aquatics classes held in the Fitness and Recreation Center Pool; swim caps required.  

Tennis classes are held at the Case Center tennis courts.

Rowing classes are held at the DeWolfe Boat House, 619 Memorial Drive, Cambridge.

Sailing and kayaking classes are held at the Boston University Sailing Boat House, on the Boston side of the Charles River.

Note: Rowing, sailing and kayaking classes require a current Boating Swim Test card.

Registration for Summer Term classes occurs online. All members of the Boston University Community and non-affiliates from the general public are welcome to participate in The Summer Term Recreational Instruction Program.
